Format Conversion

1. Create a Format Conversion Task

In the left navigation bar, select "Format Conversion", then click the "Create Task" button in the top-right corner.

2. Fill in Task Information

  1. Specify Data Source and Formats

    • Select the data source and specify the source file format and the target format.
    • Supported conversions include:
      • Excel → JSON / CSV / Parquet
      • Word / PPT → Markdown
  2. Example Data

    • If using Excel, provide the data file you want to convert.
  3. Start the Task

    • Click "Start Task" to begin the conversion.
  4. Task Status

    • After creation, the task status will show as Processing.
    • Wait a moment and refresh the page; the status will update to Completed once the conversion finishes.
  5. View Task Details

    • Click Details to see the task configuration and metadata.
  6. View Execution Logs

    • Click Logs to review the execution process and check for any errors or warnings.
  7. Check Converted Data

    • After successful conversion, navigate to Personal Dataset to view the newly converted files.
